One thing did change since Legion though : now that it's outdated content, there aren't any Sentinax farm parties in Group Finder to make this less boring. Quickest solution is to farm beacons off elites in the zone. Some can be a little brutal to solo if you're just level 110 with average gear though.

Where to farm . Broken Shore. Underneath the Sentinax, a Legion rocket ship that hovers over the Broken Shore zone. It moves from place to place over the shore. Run to the area underneath the ship, and wait for the buff to appear. With the buff above your head, start killing mobs. The mobs have a chance to drop Sentinax Beacons.
