It is only around for a short time, so it can despawn on its own before anyone clicks it. It spawns in level 100 areas where apexis crystals drop off mobs.
Status : Online48-96 hours after server restarts the portal start spawning. If someone claims portal in a zone and realm, 10-48 hours wait time before a portal spawns. Portals can stay up for 50 seconds to 15 minutes at a time. They will despawn if not clicked within that time period. If no one clicked on the portal, respawn time is 2-4 hours
